tracking aging for Request for Payments (RfP) in QuickBooks Online
(QBO), you can follow a streamlined process that integrates the digital

a guide:
1. Digital Invoicing in QBO:
- Create digital invoices for your Request
for Payments using the invoicing features in QBO.
- Specify due dates and any relevant
details for each invoice.
2. Record Payments in QBO:
- Log payments against the digital
invoices as they are received.
- Ensure accurate entry of payment dates.
3. Generate an Aging Report in QBO:
- Navigate to the "Reports" section in
QBO.
- Search for and run the "Aging
Receivables" or "Accounts Receivable Aging Detail" report.
